Refund & Return Policy

At Alkanir Enterprises, we maintain strict quality control. However, if you face any issues with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Conditions

We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery ONLY under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product was delivered.

Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video without any cuts or edits is strictly required to process any return or replacement claims.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used products, filter cartridges that have been unsealed, and products damaged due to improper installation or handling by the customer are not eligible for returns.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
